In original packaging with tags and labels
Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Return Shipping
If the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged, defective, or wrong item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
In other cases, customers may be responsible for return shipping.
Please ensure the product is securely packaged to avoid damage in transit.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

Clearance or final sale items

If the return is not due to our error, original shipping charges are non-refundable.

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, color, or product, please:
